Managing Conversations
Urumi AI saves your conversations so you can continue where you left off or reference past discussions.
Starting a New Conversation
From Welcome Screen
- Type your message in the input area
- Press Enter or click the send button
- A new conversation is automatically created
From Full Chat
- Click Open Full Chat from the welcome screen
- Type your first message to start a conversation
Conversation Interface
The full chat interface shows:

| Chat panel | Left side - your conversation with AI |
| Preview panel | Right side - live view of your Development site |
| Divider | Drag to resize panels |
| Tab switcher | Switch between Preview and Code editor |
Continuing Conversations
Your conversations are automatically saved. To continue a previous conversation:
- Access the conversation dropdown or history
- Select the conversation you want to continue
- The full context is preserved
Conversation Context
Urumi AI remembers the full context of your conversation, including any files discussed or changes made.
Multiple Conversations
You can have multiple conversations for different topics:
- Feature development - One conversation for adding new functionality
- Bug fixing - Another conversation for debugging issues
- General questions - Separate conversations for learning
Split Panel Layout
Resizing Panels
Drag the divider between the chat and preview panels to adjust their sizes. This is helpful when you need more space for either chatting or viewing your site.
Panel Tabs
The right panel has two tabs:

| Preview | Live view of your Development site |
| Code | Browser-based code editor |
Mobile Interface
On mobile devices:
- Swipe left to view the Preview
- Swipe right to return to Chat
- The interface adapts to smaller screens
Closing the Chat
Click the X button or press Escape to return to the welcome screen. Your conversation is automatically saved.
